A flat fee of $19.99 per month, billed automatically each month unless you cancel your subscription.

No, there are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will continue until the end of the cycle and you will not be billed again in the future.

Should you need to cancel, call us directly at (800) 669-8260.  Due to HIPPA regulations, we do not keep your information on the TelMed Network server, therefore, you will need to call our customer service center to access your account.

You, your partner, and any dependents living in your household under the age of 26.

The TelMed Network provides its members with nationwide access to board-certified doctors who can diagnose and prescribe medication when medically necessary.  The TelMed Network utilizes the power of its membership size to negotiate a low monthly rate (otherwise unavailable to the public) for unlimited online doctors’ visits 24/7/365 – for our members.

The doctors through the TelMed Network treat 50+ non-emergency conditions ranging from cold, flu, ear problems and more.  When in doubt, talk to a doctor online.  It’s a great place to start, and if they can’t help you virtually, they can provide you with the next best steps.  The purpose of the TelMed Network having unlimited access for a low monthly rate is to encourage you to use the service when needed.

Once you purchase a subscription to the TelMed Network, it takes about 5 minutes to process your enrollment.  Once enrolled, you will receive a welcome email with information on how to activate your account.  You must either click the link provided or call the phone number provided to activate your account.  It’s quick and easy to do so.  Once activated, you are ready to talk to a doctor online. Through the TelMed Network, you can talk to a board-certified doctor.  If the doctor believes medication is needed, he or she can write a prescription for the non-narcotic medication, which can then be sent directly to one of over 65,000 pharmacies throughout the U.S.

Thru the TelMed Network, you can talk to a board-certified doctor, however, these doctors do NOT replace a Primary Care Physician.  For chronic conditions, you should see your personal physician.  However, if you are traveling, one of the doctors through the TelMed Network can provide a refill for the days you are traveling. 

The TelMed Network representatives are bi-lingual.  The doctors through the TelMed Network are bi-lingual as well. You will be able to choose a doctor who speaks Spanish.
